How do you know how I voted? I am as against this involvement as you are, but I still support our troops who are thrown into this cluster@#$%.
Of course, we should bring our troops home and we never should have gotten into a centuries old war, but we are there .
Saying we should go home is the most viable solution you have offered, but I don't see that happening any time soon. What do we do in the meantime? I know you don't like to get into that discussion, but would rather just say 'we should go home'.
That's who I know who you voted for and who you will vote for.
The reason you see no solution is because you are unwilling to hold those responsible for the mess responsible. No, you aren't the only one and you alone can not change it. If you support the war, support the war effort and or argue for even more war I will not vote for you. All it takes is for more to do that than those who are going to vote for it.

well, which candidate is really 100% anti war?
Sure, Bernie Sanders voted against the Iraq War, but then he voted to fund it. Remember? That is what you reminded us last time.
Since the gov't in Baghdad is disputing who should pay the Kurdish troops, many have gone without pay. Sounds like much of the $415M will go to paying these troops. Hope it does.
Hopefully that has changed in the year since the article was written. Clearly everyone in the region has to set their personal political and religious agendas aside in order to suppress ISIS. Once that is achieved, the diverse groups in the region can return to their personal agendas.
How little you know!!!!! Far more often than not, we get it right! But it is tough to get politicians in DC to listen to what they are being briefed, or even more difficult to ACT on what they need to!!!!!!!
Obama created ISIS. If he's sending troops, it's to protect them.
The invasion of Iraq caused destabilization of the middle east, and that opened the door for ISIS. That is on Bush 1 and Bush 2.
