Can he unilaterally "cancel" an agreement?

I hope so, the whole thing is a bunch of bunk anyway. Particularly our money going into funding such b.s.

He'll have a pen and a phone, just like Obama.

Paybacks are hell.

I know one thing, the Democrats will find some old copies of the Constitution and will be quoting Scalia if, I mean when, Trump is President.

Yeah, OK.

"The New York billionaire is applying for permission to erect a coastal protection works to prevent erosion at his seaside golf resort, Trump International Golf Links & Hotel Ireland, in County Clare.

A permit application for the wall, filed by Trump International Golf Links Ireland and reviewed by POLITICO, explicitly cites global warming and its consequences — increased erosion due to rising sea levels and extreme weather this century — as a chief justification for building the structure." Donald Trump wants to build a wall

Good for Trump and I love how people fall for him using the system as somehow a bad thing.

President Trump - get used to it.

Yes, any treaty that has not gone through the Senate is non binding and subject to the pen stroke of a sitting President. See the Kyoto protocol signed by Clinton for reference.

Over the years what has happened is that the Senate has ceded some of their treaty powers to the administration just as practical matter. The administration makes minor deals with other nations all the time and if they had to go to the Senate each time it just gets a bit ridiculous. Major actions like this need to go through the Senate to make them binding.

The Iranian nuclear deal is also subject to the same pen stroke.

That treaty needs the brakes put on and I don't care who or how.
Some refreshing honesty from a climate alarmist/conspirator:

Quote:
“One has to free oneself from the illusion that international climate policy is environmental policy. This has almost nothing to do with the environmental policy anymore, with problems such as deforestation or the ozone hole … We redistribute de facto the world’s wealth by climate policy"- Former United Nations climate official Ottmar Edenhofer

Have the actual quote in its original context or do you want me to take Ben Schrekinger's word for it?
