Illegal immigrants who overstay visas almost never caught, feds admit - Washington Times

If about half a million people overstay their visas every year, with an estimated 5 million total in the country overstaying their visas, should we investigate more than just 0.2% of them to see what is up?

Or is this just a way of having "open borders" by not enforcing the laws on the books?
