Can't the FBI request a Grand Jury?

No, a federal prosecutor generally brings evidence before a grand jury. The FBI are like cops, they are investigators.

Yes, I think you're right. No matter who wins this election, it will be difficult for me to ever take the office of the Presidency seriously again. Not that I've had much respect for anyone who's held it for the last generation or so, but i did have some lingering respect for the office itself. I think that's about gone now, and I don't even care if I ever get it back again. There is very little about our current system of government (and the way that system is applied) that is worthy of respect anymore.

I've said this before, and I imagine I'll say it many more times over the coming years - Hillary Clinton is the Democrats' Nixon, and in fact will end up making him look like George Washington before she's finished.
Totally agree with both of you.

I'm a barking mad Libertarian - see how we can agree on things that are simply unbelievable from all perspectives, and this is one of them!

WTF happened to our government? <<<I know, but still
