Knowingly giving full access to all of the classified information on her server to between 2 to 10 individuals who she knew had no security clearance at all is no different than handing over said classified information to foreign enemies in any way whatsoever...No matter how it is spun or ignored by the DOJ, she would never be able to get security clearance (or avoid prison) if she was anyone other than Hillary. And you can hardly be a President if you cannot even get a security clearance...

Unless the intent was to provide misinformation to anyone listening.
He made a great Trump ad, IMO. You would have to be a fool to vote for Clinton now that the truth has been acknowledged.
She is a crook!
Everyone who didn't believe it now knows that she is guilty, and being protected. Comey contradicted himself with every other answer he gave.
Those who would vote for her are delusional at best. Handing her the most powerful position on earth is a horrible idea that will not end well for any of us.

In effect, Comey was saying that Hillary is not a crook, she is just an idiot.
Do you agree that Hillary is just stupid, as Comey claims, or actually knew what she was doing by establishing a private email server, shredding documents, and passing classified documents on a server that was not secure?

Delusional, hardly my friend. She's not only a good politician, but she will make a great president.

I went with crook, though in fairness, that may not be the case. I'm obviously, like most people, kind of skeptical of the FBI's decision. Frankly, I think it's political BS. As do most people, which is why there's a clear majority of over 90% on this poll, a rarity on CD.
But let's for a moment say what the FBI said is true. Let's hope that they actually did their job, no concern with politics, and simply viewed the evidence as is and came to the conclusion that she had no idea she broke the law (and we assume that the long standing view that ignorance of the law does not excuse breaking it never existed). I don't think it makes her stupid, I think it makes her careless.
Rather or not she knew, the idea that she might not know is actually more frightening to me than she did know but just didn't care. She, in her years of experience, somehow managed to not think that just maybe she can't have classified documents on a private server that would lack the security of a government one.
Never the less, I think she just didn't want some deals she may have made to be subject to the Freedom of Information Act. And regardless of that still, rather it was corruption, stupidity, or carelessness, any of these qualities should not be found in a president.

Now the life long GOPer Comey is in on the conspiracy?
Some of you folks just can't grasp how much you've been duped by this sideshow. There are actual problems facing this country and the GOP strategy seems to be ignore actual pressing issues and focus on making a case against Clinton.

Some folks just don't like the truth.
