Seems that the 1A should be updated to criminalize some speech and remove the right to assemble.

if lunatics are going to scream about guns every 5 seconds, maybe we ought to consider updating the 1A, which is the underlying cause of violence and murder.

Let's ban thoughts about guns too. If you think about guns we can zap you like you're wearing an electric dog collar.

Are we going to keep ignoring the fact that

1. The protest was peaceful and the shooting took place at the end of it and

2. The known shooter was not affiliated with any group

??

If people are going to call for reform, it better be reformation across the board with any group.

I think the "laws" should be consistent.

Some speech IS criminalized

"The Right to Assemble" should ONLY apply to at private locations.

If you are going to "assemble" or march in public a permit should be required FOR EACH PERSON assembling or marching, after an FBI a background check, a waiting period and only 10 people can assemble or march.

The SAME thought process that is applied to the 2nd amendment SHOULD be applied to the 1st amendment.

Fair is fair!
