(a theory I recently heard)

don't SCOTUS nominees have to have experience being a judge?

Barack will never see another job in public service. He has proven over and over that he is biased against decent people.

I think he plans to be president of the UN. If that were to happen & Hillary became president of the U.S. (God forbid), that would be the end of this country.

I think he will play golf, coach basketball and try to land a record deal.

No and no.

There was a time, in all states, that judges didn't have to be lawyer or have a law degree to be a judge.
That has changed slowly, but still in some states, all you need is a high school education, a couple of weeks legal course, a mentor and win the election (or get appointed).

Crankles will appoint him as US ambassador to the UN. That's Obama's payback for the Comey decision.

Um, I thought Obama was already supposed to have "destroyed the U.S.A". Isn't that what you folks said 8 years ago?

Funny, it seems to me we're still here.

Nope. See: Clarence Thomas.

In fact, there is no formal requirement that they even be attorneys. Although I think just about all of us would laugh off a nominee who wasn't.

As for Obama - if he wanted that job, I think Clinton would nominate him.

But I think it much more likely that he'd want to be a freer agent than that. I could see him doing the UN, though. I could also see him heading a foundation working on racial relations and/or poverty issues.
