I think he plans to be president of the UN. If that were to happen & Hillary became president of the U.S. (God forbid), that would be the end of this country.

No and no.
There was a time, in all states, that judges didn't have to be lawyer or have a law degree to be a judge.
That has changed slowly, but still in some states, all you need is a high school education, a couple of weeks legal course, a mentor and win the election (or get appointed).

In fact, there is no formal requirement that they even be attorneys. Although I think just about all of us would laugh off a nominee who wasn't.
As for Obama - if he wanted that job, I think Clinton would nominate him.
But I think it much more likely that he'd want to be a freer agent than that. I could see him doing the UN, though. I could also see him heading a foundation working on racial relations and/or poverty issues.
