Rape victims with PTSD can become triggered by a show suddenly showing a rape. War veterans can become triggered by witnessing an act of violence later. Those are the legitimate uses of the word.

The video is on the internet, posted, in fact, by the very person who we're making fun of. The fact that Info Wars or Daily Caller or Breitbart or Fox News or Zero Hedge or Reason covered it and that CNN or MSNBC or Daily Kos or Salon or Alternet or Slate did not cover it means nothing as far as the existence of the video itself.
