I agree with Tim Kaine, and I don't understand why this has not be addressed before. Since a significant portion of the US economy is internet-based, a large-scale cyberattack by foreign actors can do as much economic damage as a bomb dropped on a factory. This is long overdue.
Well... unlike Hillary Clinton a retired US Marine General has took a plead deal, accepting a felony conviction, for leaking information about the United States cyber-attacking Iran.
I'm all for Kain getting a definition put in place because it would provide a defintional admittance of the United States that tge US has initiated war on almost every nation on planet earth.
So, yeah, do it.
The Russians are not worried about Tim Kaine's effeminate melodramatics over hacked emails leaked to wiki leaks as some "epitome" of war.
The Russians are already building the largest hydrogen nuclear bomb to ever exist. When these class of new thermonuclear ICBM's are completed they will have--supposedly--the explosive capability, as in just one of them alone, of destroying entire countries the size of France or the size of the state of Texas. I looked up Britian's (the portion of the British isles containing only Northern Ireland and England) geographical size, and and it is much smaller than France. So, one of these new Russian class of thermonukes would wipe the civilization of the Brits of planet earth.
More importantly these new nukes are being built stealth capable, capable of being undetected by US radars. Meaning they could hit the US in massive strikes all around the US with no warning system going of in the US when they enter our air space, the US will have no time to launch a counter-strike.
Also, a linked article in this article suggests the Russians and Chinese are more keen on knocking out the United States electrical grid.
As noted by the UK’s Mirror, Russia is gearing up to test-fire a nuclear weapon which supposedly is powerful enough to wipe out entire countries in a single massive strike. The “Satan 2” is rumored to be the most powerful nuclear design ever, and what’s more, it is believed to be equipped with new stealth technology to make it invisible to enemy radar systems.

The Mirror noted that some believe the 100-ton missile, which has a 10-ton payload, packs enough nuclear explosive power to destroy a country the size of France (or a U.S. state the size of Texas, where a sizable portion of U.S. military power is based).
TNI noted further that U.S. and Western intelligence estimate that the Sarmat may carry as many as 15 independently targeted nuclear warheads, and has a range of 6,000 miles. Once it is deployed it will become the largest ICBM ever built.
I'm tired of hearing people in the US threaten war. If these same pansies kept threatening black gangsters in the hood of Chicago on about the 3rd damn threat they would be like, "Bring it or shut the hell up."
So, I'm saying stop the talking and "be about it." Let's start war with the Russians. Now. Not 20 years from now while still talking trash. Now. Call your President or state Representative and tell him to initiated WWIII.
WASHINGTON (AP) - A former vice chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff pleaded guilty Monday to making false statements during an investigation into a leak of classified information about a covert cyberattack on Iran's nuclear facilities.
Retired Marine Gen. James Cartwright entered the plea at a hearing before U.S. District Judge Richard Leon, convened just a few hours after the Justice Department announced the charges.
The plea ends a Justice Department investigation that began after the 2012 leak to reporters of information about use of a computer virus called Stuxnet that disabled equipment the Iranians were using to enrich uranium.
The offense carries a maximum of five years in prison, but under a plea agreement, the government is recommending a sentence in the range of zero to six months. Cartwright is scheduled to be sentenced on January 17, and it will be up to Leon to decide the sentence.
Cartwright, 67, falsely told investigators that he did not provide or confirm classified information contained in a news article and in a book by New York Times journalist David Sanger, according to charging documents unsealed by prosecutors.
Neither the book nor the classified subject is identified in court papers. But Sanger wrote in his 2012 book "Confront and Conceal" about the classified operation to attack Iran's nuclear facilities
So, yeah, the US supposedly exceeds every nation on earth in conducting cyberwarfare attacks against other countries. So, let's get that definition put in place.
This all shows why the government is dangerous and a problem. There is zero proof that another country did anything but there are those who want to start wars.

Im pretty sure he would argue that you need proof to go to war with someone, LOL

Well, maybe we can get off a few missals after a Russian first strike.
I specifically remember the Hildebeast saying in the last debate that our nukes only take four minutes from command to launch.
So if anyone was wondering, yes, Hillary Clinton can spill classified information without an E-mail account.
