Well sure. That $1 increase is the reason that winter bookings to the Caribbean have mushroomed as tanning salon visits have decreased.

I wouldn't count on a Republican Care plan being any better than an Obama care plan. Bear in mind Obamacare is based on the plan Republican Mitt Romney authored for the state of Massachusetts.

It worked in Massachusetts to some degree because of high participation rates and a very high average income, the crux of either plan is the mandate requiring you have insurance.

Hmm.

Obamacare is discouraging people from indulging in a health-destroying habit...and I'm supposed to think that's a bad thing?

Well in this case you should compare the "danger" of riding bicycles vs. the health benefits of doing so.

It won't be around much longer. All the reasons it would fail are coming true. Liberals had to push something through for votes.

Obamacare has gone from the president's greatest achievement to a 'slow motion death spiral' - AOL

This is from AOL a liberal rag

Now, now, don't you go making it hard on him.

As far as Obamacare, no matter what happens, it was something different, a change, from the entirely broken system now in place. You learn from change, and if it is ever replaced, hopefully something even better will replace it.

If the GOP and its adherents have their way, the current broken system will remain, and a trip to the dentist for a new filling will still cost $1200.00, and a night in the hospital will still cost $6000.00

One of life's enduring mysteries is how the GOP can convince poor whites to keep doing their bidding when it is so harmful to their own health and finances.

Just remember when government takes away individual responsibility the infringements on liberty are next.

As the coalman has already inferred taxes on other "unhealthy" items are on the agenda.

Nobody is making it hard on me, I'm a smart guy which is the reason I mentioned a stationary bike in my post. You don't need to be on the streets for the health benefits of riding a bike, you can do it in the safety of your home.

Obamacare took a broken system and broke it more. To suggest change is good just because it's change is stupidity. This has set in motion things that will be very difficult to fix.

Perhaps they are just smarter than you and realize handing out a bunch of free **** is unsustainable. Perhaps they realize that Democrat policies that have created a dependent class out of low income people are now going to do the same for the middle class.
