Congress sent President Barack Obama a bipartisan bill that would allow families of Sept. 11 victims to sue the government of Saudi Arabia, putting lawmakers on a collision course with the White House on the eve of the 15th anniversary of the attacks.
The House passed the legislation Friday by a voice vote, about four months after the measure cleared the Senate despite vehement objections from Saudi Arabia. Fifteen of the 19 hijackers were Saudi nationals.
The legislation gives victims' families the right to sue in U.S. court for any role that elements of the Saudi government may have played in the 2001 attacks that killed thousands in New York, the Washington, D.C., area and Pennsylvania. House passes Sept. 11 legislation as Obama veto threat looms
Of course that RADICAL ISLAMIST POS-Mohammed Obama plans to veto it!
Saudi Arabia should have been on our list of terrorist nations decades ago, and every non-Islamist nation should prohibit them from building/financing anymore of their terrorist recruitment centers [disguised as mosques], inside our countries, and the ones already built should be closely monitored for radical indoctrination.

This opens up a bucket of worms for the US with our actions overseas, be careful what you ask for you may get what you want.
There will no be a majority override, one thing to put a bill up to the president quite another to take responsibility. I don't like the Saudi's actions and they had their prints on 9/11 but there is a tremendous downside to this bill. If a congressman wants his name on this be my guest.
Then the Family of the victims in Iraq should sue the US government as well, Right?
Yes, as well as the Libyans.
May Justice be served.
