You park a dozen of these on the roadside and be willing to pack'em in and I'll show you how quickly it fizzles out.

Oh really? Because Ghana has extended citizenship to Black Americans and others in the diaspora.
You couldn't have visited much of Africa because hair extensions are very common in many African nations. Watch some Nollywood movies. We can start by posting plenty videos and articles.
Furthermore, pidgin languages are not uncommon in certain African nations either so not sure how AA pidgin/ebonics would even be an issue for discussion.
