Not sure about the beaches there either, as you don't really hear much about them.
Like you, I wasn't born here either. My roots are in another island and I've lived/studied in 3 regions (North America, Europe and the Caribbean). Oh yes, I've not only worked and earned, but succeeded. Top grades, top school and an advanced degree gets you places!
You seem to want to be a teacher, but you'll need to work on your lesson plan, as you clearly don't know your audience. Better luck next time!
