Turns out that the girlfriend has had incidents with him in the past where she has admitted to police that he was in possession of an illegal firearm due to the fact that he was a felon and has even threatened her life on several occasions. Facts even prove now that she lied about there being "no gun".
Wouldn't it be interesting if she called the cops on him for violating restraining order and that was why she was video taping the stop from her poarch. To use in court maybe? Are there 911 tapes?
