San Antonio police officers face discipline for wearing 'Make America Great Again' caps | Fox News

No outrage for brutal slaughtering of cops by the left but when cops stand up for the one candidate who.openly supports the cops and also spoke up against a cop who seems to have done wrong doing, than cops are being punished!

This action will cause more support for cops and Trump!

Blue lives matter like All lives matter.

I would never have used these sentences about life's matter if it wasn't for one racist group acting like only their life's matter and to point out their color while most of us are raised to not see colors but humans.

I don't see anything wrong with this as long as it applied equally to supporters of all candidates.

No different from many company policies while at work in uniform (or in this case police uniform). When at work in uniform, you are representing the entity you work for. Wear the cap... show your political views... just not in uniform. Doing otherwise gives the false perception that the entity you work for shares your polical views.

Don't agree with company (or in this SAPD) policy? You have every right to quit or not work for them.

SAPD and company entities are in every right to set forth such policies.

Oh goody! Another fruit salad recipe of apples and oranges.

Feigned outrage over members of a uniformed force being disciplined for being out of uniform and a completely unsupported by anything factual whine about the left.

What's next?

The Entree?

Yes that's what I want, uniformed police officers wearing the hats of candidates, maybe they can carry signs also.

They knew the rules but decided to do this anyway, they deserve to be suspended or fined. I have no idea how this is even remotely connected to BLM, maybe the OP can expand.

I dont know anyone in law enforcement or who has family in law enforcement who's voting for Hillary. She's already made it clear that she sides with the street thugs over the police.

But of course you support Colin Kaepernick's and other sports figures right to protest while they wear the uniforms of their employers.

Typical liberal hypocrite.

Typical liberal hypocrite.
If his contract or NFL rules say he can't do what he's doing, then he should be disciplined.

Cops can have their signs and hats, at their home or on their own personal time. Police are in a position to protect and represent the state / county they work in. Political statements really shouldn't be something they should be doing on the public dime.

Any respectable business is not going to allow these sorts of stunts.

This is not as the OP claims.

I have been a government employee for awhile and it is generally known that one does NOT openly campaign for any candidate. What you do in private is your own business.

I love cops and respect them - hate to see them vilified for doing their jobs. But that's not what happened here. This wasn't their job.

No outrage from this Hillary hater.
