Why are we not addressing WHY certain cops are targeting certain groups? Maybe there is a rational reason for it. Maybe these certain groups commit more crimes? Why are there no more focus on WHY the cops are targeting these groups and how to fix the original cause for certain cops to act that way?

It's my understanding that the DOJ is going to require police departments to now keep statistics on questionable shootings.

That's what happens when you give 100k+ government agents guns and tell them to go looking for suspicious behavior with vague and subjective guidelines as what a threat is which can be responded to with deadly force.

The morons keep looking at individual events or searching for patterns instead of addressing the root problem.
