How come communist agitation is legal in (of all places) the USA?
There are so many openly communist organizations in the country. Their leaders are publicly known, who they are, what they do or did.
Agitating people to create violent riots seems to be free speech?
Even putting up a website with communist ideology should be prosecuted.
Communism is the opposite of American liberty and legal system, basically it is against the constitution and the law. It should be dealt with like other crimes (robbery, rape, murder...).
Because making a political ideology illegal is more against the constitution then whatever the **** wrong version you seem to think exists. Freedom of speech and thought means you have to accept that there will be those that disagree with you and if you don't like that, well... too ****ing bad. That's the most I can say to you without getting my account banned.
It is ironic that you talk about liberty though. As if the suppression of political thought is a form of liberation. Go ahead and think that. Every single person capable of thought laughs at the absurdity of such an ignorant claim. But freedom of speech does allow people to say **** that is provable wrong. So congratulations. The thing you want to suppress allows you to have this opinion. Hoo-****ing-ray for the rest of us who have to put up with your misguided perception of liberty and democarcy.

Why the FBI does not investigate and prosecure communists?
Why? Because of the First Amendment thingie.
It's not illegal to be member of the US Communist Party. Just as it's not illegal to be a member of the American Nazi Party.
