I just read what are Sanctuary Cities on Wikipedia...how is that even legal? isn't it unconstitutional

The President has given millions of them status.
There is nobody enforcing laws against undocumented voters on the Federal level. Zero.
It is the states charged with the elections, if their Secretary of State, Governor,
and Elections boards are Democrats, then anyone can vote. Especially if you have
a pay check (which can be made up), an address (made up), and a "driver's license"
or any picture ID, although many states don't require that either.
So yes, millions of non-citizens WILL be voting or already have.

Trump will try his best, to remove all federal funding these sanctuary cities receive and that will be awesome!

There is no such thing as a sanctuary county, the Center for Immigration Studies sounds like a an objective source, it is not. Just a right wing anti immigrant group.
