Laying blame for things happening on his watch to others, not having a plan to solve the issue.
POTUS just spending the day playing with his thumbs.
The same as Obama, Bush, Clinton and others have done in their time as President. Obama was still blaming Bush for stuff in 2016.

The owner who was also an artist did pass. From the articles I've read he was ill and was also trying to sell his unit with no luck.
After reading the building was completed in 1983, the owner purchased the unit in 1996, building and codes signed into law in 1999 stated that if there was a major renovation that it needed to have a sprinkler system put in.
Just like the POTUS blame some one else and lie about the situation like he is talking about dues at on of his clubs.

And yet, there he sits in all his glory as POTUS and Commander in Chief. Paranoid, sending NG, to border. I wonder when this nightmare is going to end. In my lifetime, he is without a doubt the worst President we have ever encountered.
