It is sad for someone to lose their life but he was warned and kept pummeling the officer.

I read a follow up report to this shooting and the guys gun was taken as evidence and a gun manufacturer gave him a replacement for his good deed in saving the life of that officer.

I think these thugs need to go back to school and learn that #1 you don't beat up on cops because it will never end well for you and #2 when a gun is introduced to mix you better do what that person says or you just might be shot dead.
