Now that Trump won we need to push for laws protecting our constitutional rights. For far too long we've been on the defensive preventing things like the "assault" weapons ban. Which is good, but now its time to strike back at the anti gun agenda. Starting off with taking suppressors (silencers) off the NFA list. There's already a bill in the works (the hearing protection act) to do just that.

That is one of many things I expect to see happen, though I would also find it ironic for people who talk a big game about State's Rights would want the Federal Government to be dictating more laws onto the states. The current gun laws in the Federal Government is extremely lenient as it is.

They aren't lenient enough. There's really no need to add more laws. Just repell the unconstitutional ones and enforce whatever remains.

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

That's it. No other law is superior.

I doubt it will happen but I'd like to see all concealed carry restrictions, permits, applications, background checks, etc. done away with. A legal aged adult with no felony convictions should be able to carry a concealed weapon anywhere in the country including all government buildings, schools, etc.

Let's see which lefty heads explode with that proposal.

Open carry too but, personally, I think open carry is foolish and I wouldn't do it.
