This seems very plausible.

Much more plausible than 10,000 Russians coming to the USA to change votes.

If Putin REALLY Wanted To Influence US Elections, He'd Do THIS | The Federalist Papers

I have to admit, with the Clinton Foundation if Hillary did get elected it is a scary thought.

Why would Putin give to the same foundation, that was supported by his adversaries from Ukraine?

As Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton Hosted at Dinner a Ukrainian Donor to Family Foundation - WSJ

Because Putin can outspend the Ukraine all day and all night if he wanted to give bribes to Hillary's foundation. If Putin outspent the Ukraine giving bribe money to Hillary, Hillary would have dropped the Ukraine like a hot potato and Putin would have been one of her best friends.

More than scary given she took money from anyone willing to pay her price to get her to do their bidding. Her financial backers weren't exactly all friends of the US. I find it amazing how folks are up in arms because Trump MIGHT be too friendly with Russia, yet ignore to this day that Hillary WAS too friendly with interests that ran counter to that of the US. I'd say our odds are better with someone who might be compromised than with someone we absolutely knew was compromised. We had no chance with Hillary. We do have a chance with Trump.
