I don't hate or Obama or think he's an evil guy. It's just that he wasn't a very effective leader. His big claim to fame was Obamacare and many people including Dems don't view that as a success. He sold himself as a the Change President and he said he was going to change Washington D.C, he didn't do that.
He failed to deliver.
He said he was going to unite the country and things are more divisive than they were prior to him being President.
People had great hope that things would change for the African American community too and things haven't
Chicago is a war zone, a real disaster. There is no arguing that.
According to Democrat Bernie Sanders, unemployment among African American youths..the ones most likely to engage in this type of violence in places like Chicago is 50%..under Obama

Actually, I didn't vote for Bush, and I did vote for Obama.

And most recently he went to Laos, a Communist nation, where their people have little access to the news from the outside world, and he repeatedly referred to Americans as "LAZY."

Only to a brain dead liberal, is this an example of a US president exhibiting 'class.'

In Laos, Obama Repeatedly Calls Americans 'Lazy'

Hussein? He puts up a good front and comes across very well in his speeches. But if you look at what his justice department, dept. of education, hud, and who knows what else have been up to the past eight years, he comes across as a cheap race hustler/racial agitator. And there's nothing classy about that, if you ask me.

He was saying the truth. We ARE being lazy about the environment and how we take care of it.

Many, many people in the US DO believe they have no reason to know what's going on in other countries, nor do they even care.

That's the truth.

These are a few of the legacies of being a super power for so long. People become smug and content.

Sometimes the truth hurts, snowflake!

Even if President Obama hasn't forgiven Trump for the vile things he said, he's putting the country first by making sure that the man who replaces has the best chance to succeed. That's better than most of us would treat someone who treated us as poorly as Trump treated President Obama. His behavior over the last 3 weeks has done more to cement his legacy as one of our greatest Americans and a shining example of what it means to be a good man, good husband, and good father. Respect.
Speaking about the Obama legacy.... how do you explain what is going on in Standing Rock? How can Obama stand by and do nothing or say nothing about it?

I'm no Obama fan, politically, but I'm sure they are very fun, enjoyable people otherwise.

well both this president and the last have handled the transition very nicely. its quite the departure from what took place when GWB transitioned into the Whitehouse... only to find the Clinton team had vandized the place and robbed it blind.

honestly though, that was the exception. we have generally seen transitions that were very classy.

Obama is handling the turnover to Trump better than I thought he would (so far), and certainly better than the utterly deranged snowflakes that supported Hillary, but apart from that he's been a horrible president. Zero leadership, condescending, completely out of touch, aloof, and a pathological liar.
