De Blasio gave a press conference today in which he cited the cost at $500k per day, which is still a serious chunk of money. I think excerpts are still available at CNN if you want to watch it yourself.

Yes $500K is for NYPD alone - not sure about secret service and other personnel. They had to create a no-fly zone in the area as well.
