I suggest that along with Voter ID we need a voter IQ test.
The results of this years presidential election clearly shows the need for people to prove that they have the mental ability to identify a con artist.

There's no law against being stupid.

There is a law against voter fraud & illegal immigration.

Good answer.^

Voter ID should be a requirement at ALL poling places, everywhere.

If you care enough to vote, you'll care enough to meet the requirements. If having proper ID is required, I can't see a problem.

You care enough to drive, you meet the requirements, take a class, and get a license.

You want to open a bank account, you meet the requirements and produce ID.

You want to travel outside the country, you meet the requirements and get a passport.

You want to vote, you meet the requirements, produce your voter registration card and valid ID.

I don't see any big deal. Arguments that voter ID prevents people from voting is amongst the dumbest, obviously agenda laden, BS ever uttered.

Voter ID, yes, like is done in KS. We have to register, state our name, show our photo ID and sign next to our name in the register. Got Voter ID? • S.A.F.E. Act • Kansas Secretary of State Kris W. Kobach

Don't ask me, ask the people who run the polls in places like AZ and CA. We have a problem with illegals voting in this country.

We also have a problem with dead voters, and voters who vote multiple times. I don't want to hear about how widespread it is. ONE is too many.

All of that typically benefits Democrats, who coincidentally are against voter ID, and their racist excuse is they think minorities are either too broke or too stupid to GET an ID.

Of course we do. There are requirements on who can vote. Therefore, ID needs to be presented to prove you are who you say you are and indeed eligible to vote. Kinda like if you want to buy beer you need to show ID to prove you are eligible to buy beer. Or if you are driving a car, you need to show ID to prove you are eligible to drive. It is really a no brainer.

Voter IQ tests? Nope. It's unconstitutional.

Voter ID? Yes, but only if there is a provision for free state issued IDs for those who don't have a DL.

Many states already have that but sure I'd be ok with free non-driver ID's being a federal law. Money well spent. Go ahead, tax me.

No. Federal government should not be involved. That would break the constitution to.
