WoW.

Looks like Schumer, Pelosi, and Biden said to build it too. They even voted for it with Obama in 2006.

It's a shame she is not President, huh? We might even have the wall by now.

Schumer & Pelosi, as shown in post #2, would be for it.

Yawn.

There's a difference between a fence and a wall. If you want to put a wire fence up, then sure go for it. Spend a few million dollars and do that. Let's not waste billions on Wall de Trump.

Trump's an idiot. If he shuts down the government, it's 100% on him. He said so, right?

Wall work, I know it pisses the left off..but oh well....

How effective is this new border wall? On Sunday when a violent mob of 1,000 people stormed our Southern border, we found the newly constructed portions of the wall to be very effective.

El Centro Project (2.25 miles): Completed.
El Paso Project (20 miles): Completed
San Diego Primary Project (14 miles): Completion anticipated in May 2019.
El Paso Project (4 miles): Construction started in September.

I agree that we need to better secure the boarder, but walls are a medieval solution to a 21st century problem. I think it's a simplistic idea politicians throw out to people who just don't know how ineffective they are. We have walls on parts of the boarder now and people just go over, under and even though them. It takes less than 2 minutes to do it too.

And look at history. A wall didn't work for the Chinese. A wall didn't work for the Roman Empire. A wall didn't work for East Germany. What country *has* a wall worked for?

I think a better solution would be first, to fix the visa program (since most illegals are here on expired visas). As for the boarder itself, I think the "wall money" would be better spend getting more boots on the ground (boarder control agents) and improving technology at the boarder.

What I want Trump to promote building is American infrastructure: Airports, roads, etc. Somehow, this got forgotten and was something I really supported when he campaigned. The wall, that's just political talk.

If that were true, Hillary would be your President.
Nancy just took ownership of a forever shutdown, then backtracked pretty quick. I bet she is on her knees begging for Trumps mercy.

Just goes to show you that even an idiot can be an effective con man, if he practices it all his life.

As for the Clintons wanting a wall, not what Bill said:

The amount of lying done by Trumpbots is amazing, right up there with their Dear Leader. Once again, they voted for a FENCE and better security not a stupid costly wall. Thread fail as usual.
