Isn't a weird coincidence that Chicago cops are supposed to be bad and racist and "use excessive force", yet they also have the most murders in the country and have huge gang problems? What I'm trying to get at is that countries and cities that "use excessive force" do so to keep law and order in the streets because it is required to do so. In the past year cops have been policing less aggressively and crime has shot up in Chicago. They don't need to use excessive force in white suburbs to keep crime and murders down and law and order.

Another example is the Middle East. You have all these horrible dictators, but when you remove these brutal dictators all you have is ISIS and religious extremist and chaos. Some people have to be ruled like animals to keep'order.

Unfortunately this is true. It wouldn't surprise me if Chicago police retire in droves now, with little likelihood of new recruits replacing them.
This will accelerate the collapse of law and order there, and maybe get the voters to elect a proper government.

I take everything (particular with respect to the police) from Obama/Loretta Lynch's DOJ with a grain of salt.

Could it be that roughing people up is indicative of other bad policing practices?

What does that have to do with Chicago having the most murders in the country?

If some of these punks had fathers in the home (crazy concept) that roughed them up when needed, Chicago would be the better for it.

Although I don't believe that cops should be allowed to abuse citizens, it amuses me when thugs complain that the police roughed them up, given their lifestyles and the fact that gang members and criminals have no issue with abusing anyone they feel like abusing.

It's not the role of law enforcement to administer corporal punishment.

The DOJ is a union for the gangs. I wouldn't be surprised if 5% of drug proceeds are deposited into Loretta Lynch's personal bank account to keep up the enforcement on cops.
