This makes sense to me.

Lara’s SB 68 would allow two years of community college to count toward the requirement of three years of schooling in California, and will allow completion of an associate degree or completion of a transfer agreement to UC and CSU, instead of high school graduation.

He is proof that there is more to undocumented residents than menial labor. When given the tools to succeed the sky's the limit.

I was unaware being a representative to the state legislature of California was a job Americans didn't want to do.

Of course it makes sense to you. Why spend money on Americans when it can be spent on illegals right?
