Back when Obamacare was being passed, there were town halls and everyone was mad about the healthcare reform. Now when trump is getting ready to repeal it everyone is against it and agrees trump has to replace it. But they don't even understand what Obamacare is and what they don't like about it and what to replace it with.

You are so right. All of a sudden Obamacare has a much higher approval rating. Maybe that's because people finally are beginning to appreciate having health insurance. Some dumbells who voted for Trump actually voted against their own self interest.

They want to get rid of other people's Obamacare, while keeping their own.

A solid majority of Americans want a Medicare-for-all single payer system.

Majority in U.S. Support Idea of Fed-Funded Healthcare System | Gallup

Democrats overwhelmingly support it and even republicans in general are very open to this idea (41% support). There are enormous benefits to a Medicare-for-all system, in addition to being the morally right thing to do.

The question we now have to ask ourselves is how much suffering we are prepared to take as Paul Ryan, McConnell and Trump are ready to take away health care and retirement benefits in order to serve the donor class and whether we have the guts to organize and fight back.

That is the question now, isn't it?

To be fair, some have always thought ACA was just the ticket.

It was that damn Obamacare that they wanted repealed.

Not a new phenomena. Right winger have been doing this for ages. The latest elections just proved that once again. I hope they expediently get what they wished for and then some.

Or maybe it's just more BS brought to you by the same people who said Hillary was going to win in a landslide.

Bingo.

Obamacare has always enjoyed pretty wide support, provided one doesn't call it Obamacare.

It's a shame that the stupidity of some will cause suffering for people who weren't complete morons who act against themselves.
