no. spent 8 years fighting progressive POLICY that we disagreed with. our people in Washinton, at our behest, did their best to block and slow down progressive POLICY.

The damage to the nation was the POLICY we sought to block.... like ACA which is now collapsing under its own weight... as it was designed to.... as we SAID it was... .BECAUSE THE POLICY WAS TERRIBLE.

I have yet to find a single thread on this board about Donald Trump that is POLICY related. What I have seen is he sucks. He really sucks. he sucks so bad he double sucks. his twitter sucks and oh by the way I think he sucks so bad he is now too ill to be president. plus he is crazy and he sucks.

that isn't a discussion about policy. shoot that isn't even an irrational argument over policy. that's just toss it against the wall to see if it sticks. it didn't stick.

This entire thread just further proves that liberals have no clue about what is legal and what is illegal.
So before you drive over someone with your car, you check their permit

The bill does not say that, it only says you will not be charged if you drive over someone on the road.

You don't read well, do you?

You can defend these idiotic bills all day long, but they are still idiotic bills. Its funny how people will defend anything associated to their party. It is the partisan lemming mind-set.

I do not defend idiocy no matter who pushes it. Maybe that's the beauty of being independent. The freedom to think for yourself without obligation so defend stupidity.

It shows that partisan people will defend absolutely anything as long as the party is behind it. If you study the history of mankind, you'll see horrific things done by people only because someone told them to do it.

If there's protests that doesn't end up with property being destroyed or damaged, it's LEGAL period end of story.

This is exactly what's wrong with you hardcore conservatives. Can't handle opposition, just have to make it illegal, essentially suppressing other people's rights. Shameful.

again. show me where blue states had red protestors blocking traffic and burning down cities during "peaceful protests. Show me some like scenario where republican protestors kept up protests for 8 months like in Ferguson... speaking of Ferguson, show me some place in America where conservatives PAID protestors to keep up protests month after month causing massive disruption and depleting the cities budget to police the "peaceful" protests.

the progressive concept of "Peaceful" is vastly different from the rest of us. You people don't care about freedom. you just use it to bully and hurt people until they comply with your insanity. you use your "freedom" to abuse the freedom of others .

your idea of "peaceful" includes things the rest of us find to be egregious.

the good news is progressive bullying has found its match. you aren't going to like it.

Only makes the case for free college but mandatory college even more louder. Send them all to school especially double down on World History, US History, Ethics, and Philosophy courses.

Finn, let me be clear on this point. If there is a peaceful protest where the organizers go thru the proper channels and do what is right and hold a truly peaceful rally, I am for their exercising of first Amendment rights.

but we aren't talking about that. and everyone knows it. What we are talking about are these protests that are not truly peaceful, aren't done in a way to insure the police can contain and control it.

we are talking about what even the OP called "civil disobedience" under the guise of "peaceful"

we all know that's what these bills are meant to deal with.

unless you can provide language of a bill that clearly indicates that lawful and peaceful then we all know what we are talking about.
