He's an old man. A stalwart from another era. Repubs call him an old senile fool from a useless district. Then they go around trying to find anyone to discredit him.

What are you so scared of? What does he represent that makes you so fearful?

Deny it if you want, but you Repubs are SHOOK!
LOL.... not shocked, more liked amused. The left was shocked.

Hit YOUR sensitive spot, too, I see.

I guess it would be upsetting to know that a non-ally foreign country hacked into Americans' systems for the purpose of altering the election outcome, so Trump would win. And that someone on Trump's team may have been in contact with the Russians. And that Trump doesn't want any of this investigated, or for Russia to be sanctioned for the hacking. Pretty upsetting stuff for us all.

Kudos for Lewis for having the bravery to say what he thinks and what millions of others think. But Lewis' whole life has been one of bravery.

It's pretty hard to be afraid of an old fart who got his brains bashed out 50 years ago.

DEMOCRATS are the ones who are shaken by the whole episode. They didn't like how Trump responded to John Lewis's criticism. That is why 60 Congresspersons - all Democrat - are not attending Trump's inauguration.
Yeah, sure.

Sick of old lying politicians. Need term limits in Congress!
If he's senile, why are you sweating his statement so much?

I think most of us are moving on to a new President and a new path away from the Democrat hate.

While your man is looking for 15 mins of regained fame.

Remember, John Lewis was not beaten up by Republicans. He was beaten up by Bull Connor, the Southern sheriff who was a Democrat. The whole Southern Establishment … all these guys were racist Democrats. And yet in a beautiful sleight of hand, the progressives are trying to transfer the blame away from their own party and onto the Republican Party. The Democrat play book is so transparent. Yet, even you are trying to push the BS on to white Republicans!

Bull Connor was definitely a conservative. I don't know about his party.

Yes, a southern Democrat..........
Eugene "Bull" Connor | Encyclopedia of Alabama
Connor served as a delegate to five Democratic National Conventions (1948, 1956, 1960, 1964, and 1968). At the 1948 convention, he helped lead a walkout by Southern delegates in protest of President Harry S. Truman's civil rights policies. This action resulted in a split in the southern wing of the Democratic Party, with the dissenters becoming known as Dixiecrats.

Again, no one is scared of John Lewis......its his own ongoing hate that still taints his own party!

While I know we'll all agree that John Lewis falls at least two standard deviations below the mean, but really...don't you think you're being a little hard on him? Just because all those criticisms are true about Mr. Lewis doesn't mean we should feel at liberty to give them voice as you did.

He can't help it if he doesn't know who going to be President at 12:01 pm on January 20, 2017.

He got hit on the head 50 years ago, after all.

Heh, heh...heh, heh...
