Hope these snowflakes don't melt inside a federal prison.

"All I have to do is guess the email. Which I have been rather good at doing," WauchulaGhost told CNNTech via Twitter DM. "Then verify the email exists. At that point take the email account, reset Twitter password, boom....I own the Pres. Not saying I'm going to..haha. But it's rather easy for some."

Please show me where it is a federal crime to hack someone's twitter account.

Seriously.

Because it is in fact not that difficult to do, and has been done to people other than Trump. Never heard of anyone going to prison for it.

That wasn't my question.

Under what current federal law can a twitter hacker be prosecuted?

I don't see how this applies to twitter, which is a medium for folks to exchange opinions.

Please explain. A concrete example would be nice.

Just for grins, I'll propose a counter-example. Your least-favorite BIL guesses your c-d membership info, and posts things here that in a million years do not reflect your actual opinions. Under what circumstances would your BIL go to federal prison for doing that?
