TPP nations look to China for trade deal after Trump withdraws US

Had we been a part of the TPP, we weren't going to be setting the rules for it. It all gets controlled by a global tribune , made up by all the parties (corporations) in the TPP. And these decisions would supersede national sovereignty.

No, the fed could impose additional taxes on certain imported items once they leave the free trade state they were shipped to.

There are plenty of ways to make this happen.

100% on point. America's success hasn't been shared with everyone. THIS IS WHY TRUMP GOT ELECTED

Nobody cares about his tax returns and exaggerations and everything from A to Z. The ONLY THING PEOPLE CARE ABOUT IS BETTER WEALTH DISTRIBUTION

Why should they expand here when they can go to a place where they can pay people less money and not have to comply with labor and environmental regulations?

I don't expect to change your mind. But it's clear that you support right-wing economic policies.
No I just dont see free trade as a lose-lose for the US.

The more I read this thread, the more convinced I am that the premise is correct.

When it comes to trade agreements like TPP, opposition groups cause states like California to be held back and indeed held hostage by the needs of less competitive states.

We are turning our backs on millions of customers and billions of dollars worth of goods and for what?

Japan's population problem | The Japan Times

So endless population growth is the answer.?

Modern leftists have got be the biggest morons ever to grace us. They whine about the environment and our ever shrinking planet and proceed to gas light populations into the idea that they should die out of existence. Then they support mass immigration because of falling populations.

Japan is at 870 per square mile. The US is at 85.45 per square mile. I think Japan at 10 times the population density is little to worry about. They certainly don't have to worry about ethnic tensions, race riots and affirmative action.

I am perfectly content with a stabilization of the population with moderate immigration . I don't want to import superstitious lunatics who tend to be good at raising large families and collecting welfare.

Clearly, my position in this thread is the complete opposite to what most leftists think.

Anyhow, Japan is rapidly falling behind as far replenishing their work force. That's no small issue.

We should have a President of all the Blue states, and a President of all the Red states.

Warren and Trump.
