Another day, more fictional history from 45.

At a meeting with the military, he stated that recent terror attacks have been un(der)reported.

Then the WH releases a list to prove same.

Except (of course) many of those on the list were reported for days.

Rather tellingly, the recent Mosque attack in Quebec got no mention AT ALL.

The man is a shameless huckster. It would be funny if it weren't so sad.

"Speaking at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Fla., Trump rattled off a series of strikes carried out by “radical Islamic terrorists,” including Sept. 11 and the more recent violence in Orlando, Fla.; San Bernardino, Calif.; Paris; and Nice, France.

“It’s gotten to a point where it’s not even being reported,” he told a group of senior commanders. “And in many cases, the very, very dishonest press doesn’t want to report it.”"

Trump: 'Dishonest press' won't report terrorist attacks | TheHill

"The White House has distributed a list of 78 terrorist attacks to support Donald Trump’s claim that the media is failing to properly report them.

But the list includes many atrocities that received blanket western media coverage including the Paris Bataclan attacks, the Nice truck killings and the San Bernardino shootings.

Many others including the Sydney siege and Germany’s Christmas market attack received wide international coverage."

The faithful will lap it up.

He is obviously trying to drum up another war, probably with Iran.

Hope the military is up for taking on a country twice the size and population of Iraq.

Hope the nation is up for paying for another Republican quagmire.

This is how an autocrat rises to power. First you delegitimize the media and anyone who criticizes you. Then you promote the news outlets that have deliver positive messages about you (aka propaganda).

However, I believe in the strength of the people. We're not gonna buy his BS.

He is correct when a terror attack gets a few hours of coverage at most, but a "protest" gets round the clock coverage.

He is not correct. Did you look at the list of "underreported" attacks that the WH published yesterday?

Another day and another anti-Trump article created based on opinion from The Hill, The Guardian, and other biased rags.

I am still waiting for CNN to confirm the Orlando nightclub shooting was a terrorist attack. Last I heard from them it was a hate crime. Never mind the terrorist himself said he was doing it in the name of ISIS...
