What Do Europeans Think About Muslim Immigration? | Chatham House

Quote:
Drawing on a unique, new Chatham House survey of more than 10,000 people from 10 European states, we can throw new light on what people think about migration from mainly Muslim countries. Our results are striking and sobering. They suggest that public opposition to any further migration from predominantly Muslim states is by no means confined to Trump’s electorate in the US but is fairly widespread.

Sad thing is liberals will think these people are just straight up monsters for feeling this way.

Maybe people from war torn countries should stop starting those wars, and then bringing them here.

How much 'empathy' do you think Muslims in Europe will have for native peoples if they manage to become a majority? Why don't you ask minorities in Muslim countries the answer to that one?

We have enough of these people to deal with in Europe. Did you see all those Muslim marches in Europe sympathising with the slaughtered people of France and Germany? All those signs saying 'Not In Our Name?'

Thought not.

So is this one of the surveys we should believe? How can you tell which ones are fake news?

Are you willing to let these people live in your home, to sleep across the hall from your daughter?

When you invite people into your country, in a sense, you are inviting them into your home.

No matter how much compassion you may have for the homeless, you aren't inviting them in to live in your house, now are you? Is that because you lack empathy?

Not only do people like yourself, not invite the homeless in to live with them. You pass laws so that homeless people can't live anywhere near you. You don't even want it to be legal for them to sleep in their cars, on public streets.

You are a hypocrite.

"It is easy to be conspicuously 'compassionate' if others are being forced to pay the cost." - Murray Rothbard

Psst... We started the Iraq war which destabilized the whole region and have bombed Syria and Libya as well. It's kinda the other way around.

Don't engage her. She wouldn't dare enroll her daughter in a school full of refugees. She wouldn't dare live anywhere near these refugees. She isn't going to bring these refugees into her home. And she isn't going to lift a finger to actually help anyone.

She just wants to sit around telling everyone else that they are bad people.

You talking about the Crusades? You know, the Crusades where Muslims invaded Europe, and were beaten back?

You're talking a load of pony and trap. Bye.

cough, Moorish Invasion, cough. Both sides.

Euros are more tired of it than anything. Interestingly, in a number of countries, people From Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia etc are more the problem than Syrians for things like the the Cologne attacks.

Unfortunately many immigrants are more interested in making Europe into another 8th century theocracy than being European.

How long have you known Lidiey? Where did you two meet?

Or, is this just another example of a conservative claiming to know how liberals think?
