Nope. Never called Obama, obummer, not once. I think his given name is derogatory enough given the fact that history will remember him as an eight year blip with few accomplishments. And please don't cite Obama's signature ACA, that Titanic was doomed from the start.

I'm no fan of Trump (didn't vote for him), but this is completely unrealistic and absurd.

Me I think we need to copy Germany's education system to some degree, but I don't see it happening until AI displaces millions...

I think mental health professionals should know better. Diagnosing without actually examining someone its actually considered unethical.

Why is it absurd? Many Congressmen are expressing concern over his mental health, including Republicans. There is definitely something wrong mentally with Trump.

The amendment does not require impeachment, this is what it says:

Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.
That is the FIRST paragraph of Section 4 of the amendment.
You might consider reading the (rather large) last Paragraph. It isn't a done deal once the provisions of the first paragraph are met. There is a LOT more to it! A final decision can take 21 days or more.
Good luck.

...and some say that I am not a Constitutional scholar. At least I have a copy right in front of me that I can read, so I know that the 25th Amendment was Ratified on the 10th of February, 1967, and there are currently 26 Amendments.
