No, things will go back to the way they were -- society didn't approve of male perverts lurking in lady's and little girls' restrooms.
You realize that most "male perverts" are cisgendered men who prey on young boys and young girls, right? They also live as heterosexuals, even if they are not.
Yet I have NEVER seen anyone propose special restrooms to keep perverted men away from young boys.
Why is that?

There frequently are no bathroom stalls in many gym open locker/shower rooms. They're in a separate room. And since you had no transgenders in your class or wanting to share the locker/shower room facilities with you and never had to submit against your will, you have no right to insist that minor girls submit themselves to naked anatomical males (or vice versa).

I'm quite confident that nobody who has a penis is going to insist on sharing locker facilities with girls.
Not anyone trans, anyway.
Nor is someone with a vagina going to want to share a locker room with a bunch of boys.
Both scenarios are invites for the trans kid to be ridiculed, molested, or both.
Come on.
Do you really think teen girls are so wimpy they cannot handle a person with a penis who is trans and not yet old enough for surgery, even if they WERE to ask to use that locker room?
I think it would be far more awkward for the trans teen than for the cisgender teens, really.

It is SPECIFICALLY addressing the mandate that Obama sent out concerning public schools accommodating trans folks in which ever LOCKER ROOM/ SHOWER they chose under threat of losing federal funding.
