What? Progressives don't like having a muslim as deputy chair?
Sounds like their issue is more with the chair. He was, afterall, one of the ones who helped to rig the primary so that Sanders could not possibly win. Remember the Super Delegates had to give it to Hillary.
Most of my friends were ( are ) Bernie supporters. There was some serious squawking on FB when this was announced. I wish Hilary would retire from public life altogether. If I never heard that woman's name again, that would be fine with me.
The DNC is tone deaf and out of step with younger people. It's like they are completely oblivious to the obvious that doing things the same way they've always done them is not working anymore.
Doesn't he have more important matters than concerns for the opposition party head?
Yes the President has more important matters, that's why Twitter is so useful, it only takes 10 seconds for a tweet.
If you criticize his use of 10 seconds then you'd be criticizing him for eating a snack or spraying a mosquito.....

Look if the dems put up another corporatist for president they'll lose the next presidential cycle. Unless...trump and the republican show they're inept at running the government......Then all bets are off. So the right side of the isle need to worry more about delivering on what is perceived by the American people as good governance. As opposed to concentrating on any of the machinations in the democratic party.

Yes--Here's what he had to say about a white guy in a truck mowing down a crowd in New Orleans.
