If tRump's tweets about wire-taps are found to be false, can he be sued?

There have been successful libel cases based on knowingly false tweets.

Also, anyone can report to Twitter, any tweets that they feel are harmful or threatening (the tweet does not have to be addressed to the person making the complaint). Twitter will review all complaints and the punishment could range from removal of the reported tweets, to permanent closing of the tweeter's account.

It can be done at this link:

He's asking a legit question but it seems it's gone over your head so why don't you sit down and let the adults debate while you run along and do some grazing...

To OP, I'm all for Twitter taking away Trump's account but I think it's important for us to let this clown tweet his way out of the White House. Twitter is one reason why he got elected, then let it contribute to his downfall too.

I used to be against Trump's continuing rants on twitter but I'm realizing what a fascinating account of a mental breakdown it is. Like a train wreck- hard to look away.

If it's not illegal to say it anywhere else, it's not illegal to say it on Twitter. And of course, if it's illegal to say in other circumstances, it's illegal to say it on Twitter.

Twitter can, of course, decide whether to impose further restrictions on users.

I agree, I think Trump is making sure there's plenty of rope available.

Good luck with that lawsuit, lol.

If it were possible, Romney would have every dime Reid made.

Let's also not forget how Obama beat his first opponent.

Any lawsuit would go nowhere.

Just like C-D, Twitter can terminate/ban anyone's account, basically for no reason at all..if they wish---but why would they?
Trump is best thing they got going!!
