It's sad, when we see people share lots of things on the Internet.. but Post like this Link" which can help wake up the minds of people is rarely shared.

Young people can flip the whole madness of current day process of damage being done to young people by the basic system of University, is an Atrocity.

It's up to the older people to help them see the things they cannot see, once seen, they will if they have been taught good values, move it forward and collectively they will build consensus and force change. We simply have to learn to believe in them, The 1960's was powerful, people made change happen, Young People and Older People Together.

Even with Trump, he wants to do something, but he has nuts advising and surrounding him. and they have made a commitment NOT TO LISTEN !!! This is the arrogance of an Old Man as if he's on an Acid Trimp and found nothing but Anguish to wail about. He despise an American that did not give him and allow him to use dirty money out in the open, and now we wants to set up to not pay taxes and to use dirty money without question. He is on path to destroy the Integrity of America as a Nation.

If he figured out how to be a President and Learn to Listen... he would do himself a favor, but he continues to make foolish himself and his methodology, which continues to distort his agenda, and he then chases the illusions of being all powerful, and that is what pushes the making of a mad man who want to dictate. It's dangerous..

He only listens to seek an angle over, around or how to bulldoze over another, he does not listen to underhand and learn how to build teamwork and unity, and find methods of cooperation. His only use of that skill is to use it to set up means and methods to use dark room money and wash money and hang it out without paying taxes or disclosing what malice was done to generate it.

Today, the young must look at all such things. The current day baby boomers are going to do nothing, but gloat with a hope they could relive their youth and elate themselves of the ego rush they got from bigoted and race fictions of agitations to arouse themselves into a frenzy.

Part of the problem is how HR departments work now and the power they have.
Years ago , in my profession you could get a job over the phone by word of mouth. The only think the HR departments were for was to help you with paperwork.

Now they get a draft of the "perfect candidate" and look for key words on a resume. Don't have those and you don't get the job. Usually the criteria for the perfect candidate comes from upper management and they generally don't have a clue. So now group leaders have no clue about the person that ends up getting hired, and in many cases find out they aren't good for the job. I see it on a daily basis.

We have a great opportunity to turn these areas of the country into major centers of innovation and production...we should look at these ideas in a serious way. And I'm not saying "college for all" - we need to think of innovate and creative ways to train and put our populace (especially older population) to work.
Great ideas. Shame that we elected a President that does not have clue 1 about what you just described. A man that has no concept whatsoever of industry, engineering or innovation. He's essentially a glorified real estate salesman.

Love it. He is just willing to do the work for a 1/32 of what the skilled American worker will. That's closer to the truth.

That's the employers fault. Make it worth it to stay with them..and people won't job hop.

Corporate America is all about control and enslavement and making the top 1 percenters richer. They give you a 3 percent raise and they think you're supposed to be like oh wow this company is so great and bow down to them.

How is their math? College algebra (which is taught in HS)? Ability to solve word problems? Operations in scientific notation? Significant digits (learned in chemistry mathematics)?

They're not talking about your father's factory.

Can they read AND write at least a 12th grade level?

How do you know what they are talking about? As has already been pointed out there are NO actual jobs being discussed here in no actual manufacturers.

Tell me exactly who is hiring, for what jobs and why Steel workers are not able to do those jobs.
