^ this, it has been very heartwarming to see all sorts of groups - Christians, Jews, Muslims, etc - coming together in the aftermath of mosques being firebombed and Jewish cemeteries being vandalized. It gives me hope that even in the age of Trump there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
