You *are* aware that her awkward pose was a result of her trying to get a photograph on her cell phone of the entire group, yes? Is there actually a specific photography decorum? Perhaps you could share it with us.
Codswallop!
I don't know what kind of cel-phone she or yourself have, but with every one I've ever had; actually standing up and moving back further would serve better to satisfy your made up excuse for her LACK OF DECORUM!

Don't be so grumpy, papa. There's a second photo, posted several times here today, showing her just seconds before or after that shot, photographing the group. I'm on my phone ATM and can't repost it to lend you a hand. I'm not excusing the shocking fact we all know now ... that Conway is a double amputee ... it's that she was genuinely in midst of a sometimes-awkward activity. This is not newsworthy.
There are many, many things one can fairly criticize the Trump administration for. This really isn't one of them. Save your strength!
I was watching Fox News 20mins ago and they said President Trump has signed 2 more executive orders today, and that one of them is related to blacks and education. They were waiting on the footage of him signing. May have been shown in the last few minutes but I'm not at a television set.
