Now that the Donald has figured out that Health Care Legislation and the planned dismantling of Obamacare is really complicated (who knew) I can barely wait for what he and his repub knuckledraggers are going to come up with to "Repeal and Replace" a program that affects about 1/6 of the US economy.

I think that after seven years of huffing and puffing and passing phony bills to repeal Obamacare, that they knew would never pass and BO would veto, they are now the dog who has caught the car, but that's about it.

Essentially they have nothing but a bunch of half baked ideas that include a combination of tax credits, high risk pools, health savings accounts and wait for it - block grants to the States - a repub fav - to somehow all magically come together, to provide much better healthcare than the ACA, cover more people and my favorite - cost us less!

Can't wait for the rollout of this steaming pile of mish mash which is about to Make America Sick Again, if enacted, but like John Boehner I doubt it will be.

Obama caused my insurance premium to go up 150% to $1080 a month.

I eagerly await that POS tax law being repealed.

Ya and when they ratified the 16th amendment, the federal government only controlled less than 5% of the economy.

Look what that got us. An over sized bloated federal government.

The American people won't be satisfied until it is repealed and replaced with single-payer, Medicare-For-All.

If you want the pre-existing clause to stay - then contact your member of congress and voice your opinion.

Keeping the Pre-existing clause means people can't be kicked off their plan if they get sick. Because once they are sick, they suddenly fall into the 'pre-existing' category. Pre ACA these folks could have been kicked off of their current policy immediately and then no other insurance company would sell them coverage at any price.

Google to find your congress person's web page. They have a form where you can add your comments and hit 'send' and your comments get sent to your US Senator or US Representative.

Agreed but that will never happen with the repubs in charge.

Exactly, which is what Obama wanted in the first place. The only way to insure everyone is to have medicare for all.

Well that means you disagree with most of the industrialized free world who have enacted universal health care for all their citizens as a right and not a privilege. We'll get there one day and will happen sooner if the repubs dismantle the ACA.

Your move Donny.
