Why are people talking about Trump stepping down when it's Obama who will be arrested if this is true?
People are "talking about Trump" because no one in their right mind, least of all the POTUS, makes such serious allegations without proof. And there will be no proof of Obama doing any such thing: U.S. intelligence is its own authority; it doesn't necessarily take orders from the POTUS.
In the United States we never arrest former Presidents even if they're war criminals like George W. Bush.
It hasn't happened yet. No one is above the law. And in the GW Bush case, you would have had to arrest him and both houses of congress since they approved of his BS war and funded it. Believe me, I'm with you on that one.
The liberal conspiracy theory has boomeranged back onto liberals.
And they don't know what to do. They are in a state of shock.
If Obama used his office to try to hurt a candidate before the election that is far more egregious than this so callled "Russian hacking" where all they did was expose just how corrupt the Democrats are to the voters.

IF this is true, and the wiretap was ordered and approved under FISA, why would Obama be arrested?
