So Donny had this big photo op, arranged by his token african american in the white house, Omarosa, to breathlessly announce his love and admiration for Historically Black Colleges and Universities, and that they are now under WH purview and not the Department of Education.

Of course the inference was more and increased funding was coming their way during the next budget cycle. Well based on his initial budget proposal these colleges and universities got nothing in terms of increased funding. Of course that is what most expected including many of the Presidents that were in attendance.

Another Donny lie, but it was great that Kellyanne took a group picture!

Yep, heard a few talking afterward about how they were basically used for a photo op. Don't know why anyone expects more out of trump at this point.
