did i hear this case here or somewhere else BUT if a woman drives to an abortion clinic and on the way she has an accident and the baby dies, the person at fault would still be charged with murder?

Well, there is NO abortion clinic that would perform this late-term abortion unless the mother's health is at risk. Its against the law to perform an abortion this late in the pregnancy. I believe the issue has been raised before about late term pregnancies and that people who "cause" the death of the fetus being liable for murder. This seems like a moot point since its already a case law about this...
