A class action lawsuit against the City of San Jose, it's mayor and police chief has been given the green light to go forward by a federal judge. Trump supporters who were beaten, spit on, egged and bloodied while police did nothing to prevent it or help them during the assault filed the lawsuit.
I hope they get a huge chunk of money including punitive damages from the city and this will be a warning to other cities that not protecting citizens because you don't agree with their politics doesn't work in America. It worked in Nazi Germany and Fascist Italy, but not here.

We should probably just hand California, and all the Califascists, to Mexico. Liberals in California love third world nations so much more than America. So let them be free of the burden of living in a nation they hate
