There would have been no incidental surveillance if many of Trumps' associates hadn't frequently communicated with the Russians. This so called revelation just further confirms the curious connection of the Trump people with Russia.
At this point of the time, we do not know weather Trump colluded with Russian or He is just a fortunate beneficiary of Russian propaganda against Clinton.

No, he did not say who he got it from; it was anonymous (ironic since he was complaining about anon sources during the Comey hearing). The only people who have seen the report are Nunes, and presumably Trump.
He has to share with the House Committee, because it involves information related to the investigation of Trump and the Intel Committee are the first to see that info. Nunes owes nothing to Trump. Trump isn't his boss, and it's extremely serious for him to reveal classified info of an investigation to the subject of that investigation.

The big problem the spying had nothing to do with finding out about Russian contacts. They spied in areas that had nothing to do with Russia but kept that spying information. It was broader than that.
Yes he does. Committee has right to know what he knows. That's how committees work, and he will likely be forced to resign as Chair over this.
