Disgusting. If the child is horribly deformed because of incest is that all good too?

What woman would want a rapist as part of her child's genetic makeup?

Why not consider how the child would feel? Is the life of a baby conceived in rape worth protecting? | Live Action News and Raped women who had their babies defy pro-choice stereotypes | Live Action News Abortion for rape/incest comprises about 1% of the abortions performed.

I realize that abortion advocates like to speak about the 1% of rape/incest survivors or the less than 1% of abortions done on girls less than 15, but the reality is that most abortions do not fall within those perimeters.

I think that pushing to allow for the "rape" particularly is simply leaving in an "escape clause", for those that are desperate enough to claim the pregnancy came about because of a rape. It is still their baby and they are being allowed to dispose of it if they so desire as sad as that is. A baby having no right to life...............
So, you haven't read of the multiple hoops that a woman would have to go through if they did allow an exemption for rape? Things like having to report the rape within a certain amount of time, having to "prove" it was rape, having to publicly go through the details of the rape, having to request and go through a hearing in the courts - and we all know how likely they are to get a hearing and decision on it before time is up for the abortion... so, yeah, a person would have to be very desperate indeed to go through that. Way to punish the victim. And, how convenient, the victim is always female.

Soon we'll be required to stop calling it rape and refer to it as an unscheduled visit from the sperm fairy.
No one is defending rape. He is defending the life created by it though. And he's right. Are you going to tell someone born out of rape that he should've been aborted?
