Oh, no, no no. Multinational, multi-billion dollar companies always make snap decisions on major capital expenditures without first checking every detail, which normally takes years. They usually make these decisions based on what a newly elected president might do, before any policies are implemented.

Good grief. Wake up and smell the coffee. Trump is taking credit for something that's been in the works for years. He does this repeatedly and you all take it as proof that he is accomplishing something.
